support@lowkey.host for anything at all. We answer within two working days, usually sooner. Tell us what you asked the assistant to do and roughly when, and we can look at what happened.
The things people ask
Something it did was wrong
Open the task in the app to see every step it took and what it decided. If it booked, bought or sent the wrong thing, email us with the task and we will help sort it out. If money was involved, contact the merchant as well, since the booking or order sits with them.
Stop it using one of my accounts
Disconnect the service in the app. That deletes the stored tokens immediately and any task waiting on it will stop. Saved site logins can be removed one at a time, or all at once.
Fix something it believes about me
Anything you told it, or it learned from finishing a job, can be edited or deleted in the app.
Delete my account
In the app, tap the greeting under the title to open You, then Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. No email needed.
Straight away: anything Lowkey is doing for you stops. Connected accounts are disconnected and the access they gave it is revoked. Stored logins and everything it remembered about you are deleted, and you are signed out on every device.
After thirty days: the account record itself is erased. If you sign up again with the same Apple or Google account, you start empty.
I did not get in yet
Early access goes out a few people at a time, because each assistant is set up before it is handed over. If you have been waiting a while, write to us and we will tell you where things stand.
Found a security problem?
Please tell us at security@lowkey.host before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will confirm we got it within two working days, keep you posted, and credit you if you would like that. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access other people's data.
